Use your smartphone, tablet or computer with a webcam to have a secure, private video visit with a doctor in minutes. Video or phone chats with a physician or psychologist are paid at 100 percent with no deductible through December 31, 2024.

Hess Medical Plan
Use your smartphone, tablet or computer with a webcam to have a secure, private consultation with a doctor in minutes. Visits are paid at 100 percent with no deductible through December 31, 2024. The Hess Medical Plan covers telehealth consultations with your doctor (Primary Care Physician or Specialist) when available in your area. Coverage also includes medical chats and virtual visits (including Primary Care Physicians) from Anthem’s online provider, K Health, using the Sydney Health app.
