Vacation

Hess recognizes the importance of having time away from work to do what you enjoy. You accrue vacation time each year to use throughout the year.

• For hourly positions, Hess provides three to five weeks of vacation per year, based on years of service.
• For salaried positions, Hess provides three to five weeks of vacation per year, based on years of service and relevant experience.

Holidays

Hess provides 10 days off in observance of company holidays plus two floating holidays each year.
