If you have a qualified life event, such as a new baby, marriage, divorce or a change in your spouse’s employment status, you can make changes to the benefit plans below within 30 days of the event.

The definition of annual base salary depends on whether you are salaried or hourly, and does not include bonus or overtime pay. If you are a salaried employee, annual base salary is your annual salary. If you are an hourly employee, annual base salary is your hourly rate times 2,080 (52 weeks x 40 hours/week).

You must re-enroll in order to make HSA contributions every year. Your current election won’t roll over to next year. However, you can change (increase, decrease, start or stop) your HSA contributions at any time during the year.
