TUITION REIMBURSEMENT

The Hess Education Assistance Program provides financial assistance for employees who wish to complete undergraduate or graduate degrees. We provide reimbursement for 100 percent of out-of-pocket tuition expenses for eligible and approved programs, up to a maximum of $25,000 for undergraduate programs and $40,000 for graduate programs.

ADOPTION ASSISTANCE

You can receive a non-taxable reimbursement of up to $10,000 for eligible adoption expenses.

LIFE EVENT ENROLLMENT

If you have a qualified life event during the year, you can make changes to your medical, dental and/or Dependent Care FSA benefits within 30 days of your qualified life event. You can also make changes to your Optional Life, Dependent Life and Family Accident Insurance. Evidence of insurability may be required in some cases.

NEW ENROLLMENT

You have the opportunity to enroll for coverage when you first become eligible. This is usually when:

  • You are first hired
  • or

  • You move to a position that is eligible for benefits
