2025 BENEFITS OPEN ENROLLMENT

Enroll October 21 – November 1.

Benefits Open Enrollment is your once-a-year opportunity to make changes to your Hess benefits coverage for next year, unless you have a qualified life event that also allows a change. Learn about what’s new and be prepared to enroll.

LOOKING AHEAD TO 2025

Employees at Hess enjoy a range of high-quality benefits that help them and their families live a healthy and fulfilling life.

Elections made this October go into effect on January 1, 2025, and are likely to be in place the full year, even after we become part of Chevron when the merger closes.

The plans we offer, and their features, remain unchanged. While medical and dental costs are increasing significantly, Hess will again absorb the full impact so that employees don’t pay any more in biweekly contributions to cover their families in 2025 than they do today.

Please take time to review the information on this site and, when ready, follow the steps below to confirm or adjust coverage.
