THOUGHTS AS WE ENTER
A NEW BENEFITS YEAR

With the U.S. economy still in the trenches of inflation, we’re all paying more for things we need: groceries, utilities, transportation and more. And like many goods and services, health care costs have also been increasing — at rates higher than they have been over the last few years. To provide some relief to your household budget, Hess is, once again, absorbing the significant increases in medical and dental costs (9.7 percent and 4 percent respectively). This means your premiums for medical and dental coverage will not change for 2024.

Medical and dental coverage are just part of the comprehensive benefits package you have at Hess, which ranks among the best in our industry. At Hess, you have access to programs and benefits that help you build the life you desire for yourself and your family and support your health in all areas of life: physical, emotional, social and financial.

Please take time to review the information on this site and follow the steps below to get the benefits you and your family need for 2024.
