Generally, the only time you can make changes to your benefits is during Open Enrollment each year. But there are times when you can make benefit changes during the year.

COVID-19 and Making Changes to Your Benefits

The Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2021 allows you to make changes to your 2021 Hess medical and dental plans as often as necessary between April 1, 2021, and November 30, 2021, without experiencing a qualified life event.

If you have questions, please call the Hess Benefits Center at Empyrean at 1-877-511-4377, Option 1.
